Goals

  • Determine how the client's current website is being used through research
  • Build trust by educating Vision's customers on website usability and best practices
  • Help Project Management team with the initial consulting phase
  • Lead conception of new websites
  • Innovate research methods and share results to create a culture of User Centric Design

  There are currently two UX offerings:

  1. Basic UX (included in nearly every project). Minimum of 3 hrs meeting
  2. Advanced UX. Minimum of 3 hrs meeting

How to schedule a meeting?

  1. Check the UX Resource calendar (outlook calendar) and get proposed dates
  2. Confirm which dates and time work for the client and tentatively schedule.
  3. In the appropriate wrike task assign it to the UX Manager with the proposed date and time.
  4. The UX Manager will confirm the date/time via the task
  5. Once resources are confirmed, confirm the date with the client.
  6. Finalize the Agenda for the UX Consulting Meeting & it's requirements
  7. Schedule design resource for 1 hour on the following day or shortly after. this should not exceed 3-5 business days of the UX consulting meeting
