Auto-Archiving (available Q1 2017)
Automatically archives a version of content whenever a CMS user clicks to Save their content (using Save, Save and Approve, or Save and Publish buttons). CMS users may restore previous versions through the archive history on the selected content. There is no limit as to the number of versions archived in the CMS. 

Internal Note: This option is available for Pages, Calendar, News, RFP Posts, Job Posts, FAQ, Business Directory, Service Directory, and Staff Directory 

Broken Link Reporting
Review and correct broken links identified and submitted by site users. 

Content Scheduling
Schedule content to publish or expire on any date automatically. Additionally, schedule periodic review dates for content.

Dashboard
Customize your own administrative dashboard. Select and move components to match the way you work. 

Document Central
Upload documents to a central repository that can be accessed as you edit content across the CMS, eliminating duplicate effort and ensuring consistency. 

Extranet
Create password-protected content for specific groups, such as elected officials, employees, etc. 

Friendly URL Manager
Provide a friendly and easy-to-read URL that automatically redirects to any page on your website.

Image Library
Upload images to a central repository that can be accessed as you edit content across the CMS, eliminating duplicate effort and ensuring consistency. Also perform basic edits on uploaded images. 

Import/Export
Import and export data from the CMS via XML or CSV format. Available in most components such as Calendar, eNotifications, News, FAQs, RFP Posts and Staff Directory.

In-App Messaging

eNotification

Active Directory Federation Services 

With the April 2017 update, we will now support Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) as a way to provide Single Sign On access and autologin for Members-Only Subsites. This option restricts access to Active Directory (AD) users synced to CMS6 Members database.

This change will allow a client's AD users who are also identified as CMS6 Members to access the subsite/intranet without logging in twice. Commerce, CO is the first example of using a member-only subsite as an intranet with this feature.
