When do I report a bug?
Great question! First, you should check the "Bug Portal" for any similar requests. This source displays all known bugs which were previously reported to the Products team.
Reviewing this section is important because it helps escalate issues, if necessary, by adding more clients to the growing list of clients experiencing the same issue.
If you do not see a similar bug, ask yourself, "Have I reproduced the issued in multiple instances? Is it known that this issue is not related to customization?"
What qualifies as a "feature request" to the Products team?
If a product is not behaving as expected or feels like it could be made more intuitive, you can submit a request. Likewise, submit a feature request if the feature is missing or absent altogether from the product in question.
Keep in mind people submit requests on a regular basis. It is always a good idea to review the "Ideas Portal" in advance of creating a new request. You can subscribe to ideas here to monitor all future updates.
