General tips
- When dialing, dial first, then pick up the phone (instead of picking up the phone and then dialing).
- Don't dial 9 or 1 before a number; you only need to dial the 10 digit number.
- To check "missed calls" press the down arrow on your phone. To call one of them, select it and tap the "Dial" button on the phone. To clear "missed calls," tap down and then left.
Employee extensions
Find other employees' extensions here.
Set up voicemail
- Dial *86
- Enter this temp passcode: 3724
- Create a new passcode (must be 4 digits), then press #
- Confirm your new passcode again
- Record your name, then press # (to listen to it, press 2; to re-record, press 1)
- When you're happy with your name recording, press *
- Press 1 to enter your mailbox
- Press 3 to record your voicemail greeting
If you don't perform steps 7 and 8, your voicemail greeting will be set to this default:
“[your name] is not available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone. Press the pound key to end recording.”
Check voicemail
- Dial *86
- Enter your passcode, then press #
- Press 1
Disable "do not disturb"
Currently when our phones reboot they start up in "Do Not Disturb" mode, sending incoming calls straight to voicemail.
Disable it by dialing *79
Call forwarding
Activate call forwarding:
- Dial *72
- Enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to, then press #
Deactivate call forwarding:
- Dial *73

Login at https://ucx.telepacific.com
Your username can be found under the "Login" column of our employee extension list.
If it is your first time logging in, your temporary password is D17113

Conference bridge
To open a conference bridge:
- Call 310-818-4141
- Enter your "Start PIN" (6 digits)
For others to join your conference bridge:
- Have them call 310-818-4141
- Have them enter your Conference Room ID (6 digits)
