Initial Evaluation

  1. Possible to leverage already existing functionality/services?

If Yes - Go straight to contract or implementation
If No - Go to #2

  1. Is this something we have expertise on staff to build?
  2. Is this feature realistic for us to build?

Evaluation Criteria's

  1. Public facing application or for internal use?
  2. If this is of specific-client-only nature, is it OK?

If Yes to any of the above - Scope with required resources
if No - Go to #3

  1. Is this feature already on the product roadmap?
  2. Is this a new or common request? (Aha!)
  3. Ask specific feature questions to client or RSM
  4. Is this a potentially high, medium or low impact feature on the sale and future sales/end users?
  5. Is this a high, medium or low resource investment to implement (cost)?
  6. Will this incur additional ongoing fees?
  7. Can cost be spread between multiple clients?
