How to assign Solutions requests

Send the client something like the following:
Hi XXXXXXXXXX,
Since this request affects our code on a deeper level, I'm having our Senior Solutions Consultant Kristoffer von Bonsdorff review the work you need. You should hear from us within the next few days with an answer or any scoping questions we have.
Thank you! - Add a post on the case chattering @Kristoffer explaining:
- The client's goal
- Any details about what the client wants to customize, including:
- Example URLs
- Screenshots
- Limitations (e.g. desktop site but not mobile, front end but not back end)
- Assign the case to Kristoffer
Which requests should go to Solutions?
Normal Wrike Quotes form
- Under 2-3 hours
- Bugs
- Minor button / graphic changes
Solutions
- Problems that can’t be solved by just using an existing component
- Customizations to component functionality
- New functionality
- Custom widgets
- Custom forms
- Large design work
