To add a new event category, click the Add Category link at the top of the Calendar Category list page.
You will see the Event Category form.
Enter the name of the new category you wish to create, and use the checkboxes to select the content group categories which will have permission to add events to the category.
Click Save to create the category or Cancel to abort.
You can now add new events to this category, and website users can filter the calendar by this category.
