Note: Event Registration is turned off by default. If you would like to start using event registration, please contact your account manager to have it turned on. |
If an event allows registration, you will be able to manage the attendees for the event from the Manage Attendees area of each individual event.
How To Manage Attendees
Under Site Content in the primary CMS menu, select the Calendar link in the dropdown menu. Hover over a row and click an event that allows registration; then select the Manage Attendees action from the dropdown.
The Event Attendees list will be displayed, containing a list of the existing calendar categories.
How to Email Selected Attendees
From the event attendees list view, select the checkbox to the left of each attendee you wish you email, then click the Email button.
This will open your local email client with the selected registrants emails already entered. The information emailed to them will not be archived in the system so be sure to keep appropriate records.
How to Export All Attendees
From the manage event attendees list view click the Export All button. This will export all registered attendees for the selected event to a CVS document to your local machine.
Online Payments
If you are using the Online Payments component, and this event has payment enabled, the list will look slightly different:
Paid registrations will have the option to refund the transaction in the right column. On the left, two icons may be shown. indicates that the registration has been paid through Online Payments. indicates that the registration was paid through Online Payments and then refunded.
Refunds
Note: Refunds can only be done by a Super User or a user with the appropriate Security Roles.
Event Registrations that have been paid through the Online Payments component can be refunded from this view. To refund a registration, click on the refund icon in the right column next to the registration you wish to refund:
This will bring up the refund confirmation lightbox:
This lightbox shows the details of the registration to be refunded. Leave the checkbox checked to send an email automatically to the registration owner notifying them of the refund. Click Refund to complete the refund, or Cancel to go back to the attendees list view.
