Add Attendee

To add a new event registration, enter the number of attendees that will register for this event and click the Next button from the Event Attendees list view.

Below is an explanation of the fields on the Add Attendee form:

Status
The Attendee status is either:
  • Pending: (Registration is not yet confirmed)
  • Confirmed: (Registration has been confirmed)
  • Canceled: (Registration has been canceled)
Fee Status
This option only appears if Online Payments is being used for this event.  Here you can indicate whether the fee is paid or not paid.  If you choose paid, then a new field will appear called Transaction ID.  This is an optional field where you can enter the transaction id for the payment, if it exists.
Additional Attendees
Clicking the Add button button will allow you to add more attendees and their information to this registration form. Clicking the Minus buttonbutton (only seen when greater than 1) to remove an attendee from the registration step.
Organization Name
Enter the organization of the registrant party (if applicable).  
Attendee First Name
Enter the first name of the attendee.  
Attendee Last Name
Enter the last name of the attendee. 
Title
Enter the title of the attendee. 
Address
Enter the address of the attendee. 
Address 2
Enter the address 2 of the attendee.
City
Enter the city of the attendee. 
State/Provence
Enter the State/Provence of the attendee.
Zip/Postal Code
Enter the Zip/Postal code of the attendee. 
Email
Enter the email address of the attendee. 
Phone
Enter the phone number of the attendee. 
Registration Owner
Select this radio button if this attendee is the registration owner. This individual will receive all email correspondence for the registration party.
Apply Contact Info
When registering for multiple attendees, select this box to apply the same contact information listed above for all attendees in the party.

Click Save to add the registration or Back to abort.
