Edit Attendee

To edit an event registration, click the Edit button next to the attendee in the Event Attendees list page.

You will see the Event Attendee form.

Below is an explanation of the fields on the Edit Attendee form:

Status
The Attendee status is either:
  • Pending: (Registration is not yet confirmed)
  • Confirmed: (Registration has been confirmed)
  • Cancelled: (Registration has been cancelled)
Fee Status
This indicates whether the registration is paid or not paid. This is only visible if the Online Payments component is activated and online payment is enabled for this facility.
Transaction ID
If the Fee Status is paid, depending on how it was paid there might be a transaction ID for the payment. If there is, enter the transaction ID here. (This is only visible if the Online Payments component is activated and online payment is enabled for this event)
Additional Attendees
Clicking the Add button button will allow you to add more attendees and their information to this registration form. Clicking the  Minus button button (only seen when greater than 1) to remove an attendee from the registration step.
Organization Name
The organization of the registrant party (if applicable).  
Attendee First Name
The first name of the attendee.  
Attendee Last Name
The last name of the attendee. 
Title
The title of the attendee. 
Address
The address of the attendee. 
Address 2
The address 2 of the attendee.
City
The city of the attendee. 
State/Provence
The State/Provence of the attendee.
Zip/Postal Code
The Zip/Postal code of the attendee. 
Email
The email address of the attendee. 
Phone
The phone number of the attendee. 
Registration Owner
Select this radio button if this attendee is the registration owner. This individual will receive all email correspondence for the registration party.
Apply Contact Info
When registering for multiple attendees, select this box to apply the same contact information listed above for all attendees in the party.

 

Note: not all fields will be editable in some cases. Whether a field is editable or not depends on several things. Information that is associated with a Website User Account, such as First Name, Last Name and Email Address cannot be changed. If a registration has been paid through Online Payments then the Fee Status and Transaction ID cannot be edited.

If you have the correct security roles, or are a Super User, you will be able to refund a transaction from this view using the link below the Transaction ID field. 

 

Click Save to edit the registration or Back to abort.
