Paid Time off

PAID TIME OFF

The Company recognizes the importance of uninterrupted periods of rest and relaxation for all our employees. We also understand that employees may need time off work due to an employee's or family member's illness, injury or medical condition. Therefore, we provide a Paid Time Off ("PTO") plan, based upon continuous length of service, for all regularly scheduled full-time employees.

I. PTO Eligibility

Regularly scheduled full-time employees are eligible to accrue PTO time. Accrual begins upon hire and occurs as an employee works. Part-time employees are not eligible to accrue PTO.

II. PTO Accrual

Full-time employees accrue PTO as follows:

Length of Continuous Service  Days of
PTO Per Year
Maximum
Accrual
 1 to 12 months  10  10 days
 1 year or more  15  22.5 days

Employees accrue PTO as they work up to the maximum accruals stated above. After reaching the maximum accrual, an employee does not accrue additional PTO until the employee uses sufficient time to fall below the maximum permissible accruals.

III. PTO Scheduling

As long as PTO absences do not interfere with the efficient operation of the Company, employees may schedule PTO for any time during the current calendar year by mutual agreement with their supervisor, so long as they provide at least 30-day notice and they do not schedule more than two calendar weeks off work at one time. PTO absences are limited to the number of PTO available to the employee. The Company will assess "borrowing" against your PTO on a case-by-case basis pending work load requirements and other factors.

IV. PTO and Holidays

If a Company-recognized holiday falls during a scheduled PTO day, the holiday time off will not be charged against the employee s accrued PTO time.
