Change Order

If a project has a service included in their contract that they no longer wish to use, proceed by creating a Change Order to reflect a credit that may be used for another service.

Katrina has provided a template for the Project Managers to create our own Change Orders. Follow Katrina's comments in the template and replace the highlighted text areas. If you have any questions regarding the legality of the Change Order, please ask Katrina directly.

For example, Glendale Community College had three design themes included in their contract. During the design phase, the client decided that they wanted all pages throughout the website to look consistent.
