The goal of the User Experience Consulting Phase is to do a thorough review of the Client’s current website and its use, assess the Client’s needs and preferences, and finalize the homepage wireframe for the new website.

1) Delivery of Discovery Package to Client
2) Installation of analytics and heat mapping software on Client’s website if applicable (asap after Kickoff Call)
3) File sharing repository for uploading site assets. 
4) Usability Report
5) Three (3) draft homepage wireframes
6) Final homepage wireframe

CLIENT DELIVERABLES

1) Access to or help installing analytics & heat mapping software
2) Completed Discovery Package returned to Vision
3) Final sign-off on homepage wireframe

Keys for Success

1) Knowing who to contact:

• Questions on Scheduling, Timeline, General: Vision PM
• Help with Discovery Package: UX Specialist

2) Access to analytics and installation of heat map code is essential in keeping the initial timeline intact 3)Thorough and prompt responses to all components of Discovery Package
4) Getting all key decision makers present for UX Consulting Workshop and getting final homepage wireframe signoff by end of meeting
