Services, Process and Communications Audit  Pass audit of ability to perform on projects with departmental branding:
  • Kick-off call
  • Adequate email correspondence (language and timeliness)
  • Presentation of the full implementation process for standard projects and projects with departmental branding, intranets, and other additional components (new and upgrades)
  • 60% NPS total overall response rate Design & Launch
  • Logging weekly minimum of 35 hours unless out of the office for work related reasons or PTO
  • 75% of clients provided Bi-weekly status update
  • Wrike up to date within 2 days of tasks being completed
 Workload Ability to independently manage 15–18 Unique active projects at a time for 1 year as deemed satisfactory by the Project Implementation Manager.
