Meetings Manager

The Meetings Manager tool allows government staff to manage their meeting process from beginning to end; from submitting meeting agenda items, building agendas, and logging minutes.

Meeting Types (i.e. City Council, Planning Commission, etc.)

  • Meeting Types contain a set of meeting items, agendas, and minutes
  • Each can have its own standardized formatting for all agendas and minutes within that meeting type
  • Each has meeting members and other generic information added so you do not need to log them again when creating agendas or minutes

Meeting Items

  • Created for specific meeting types and include all legislative information
  • Approved through its own customizable workflow
  • Can then be placed into agendas or minutes directly after they have been published

Agenda Builder

  • Allows you to quickly build an agenda of suggested legislative meeting items for a specific meeting date
  • Can sort meeting items easily on the page with drag and drop functionality

Minutes Maker

  • Creates minutes from a current agenda
  • Allows for a roll call to log members present or absent
  • Log time information for sections to document meeting pace
