The below will be distilled into a literal checklist document which we send to client IT teams to complete. In the meantime, these are the facts and questions we need answered when accessing client servers remotely.

- Will the account always remain active or will it expire periodically?
- If it expires, what is the process to have the account activated before an update?
- If it expires, how much notice is needed to reactivate the account?
- Time restrictions
- sign on procedures: any programs to open or settings to change upon logging in
- sign off procedures: any steps to take when logging out
- Web server login credentials
- Server IP address(es) and Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) name(s)
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) enabled

- Vision CMS Database Server Management Studio System Admin (SA) login credentials, if different from the account used to access the machine
- Sign off procedures: any steps to take when logging out of VPN Client, Web and Database Servers
- If there are subsites
- separate Web and/or DB servers? If so, same checklists as above for each server
