Wrike Workflows What do they mean?

 When processing tasks within Wrike, there are various different status that they can be set to.

But with so many different option how do we know which is the appropriate one?

Below are some explanations on what each status means.

 

 Pending Assignment  This means that the task has been created, however it still needs to be assigned to the resource who will actually complete the task. All tasks will start at this status
 Assigned The Resource who will be working on this has been assigned, and it is currently waiting in the resources Que to be addressed. 
 In Progress  the resource has started working on this, and is working on it at the moment.
 Checked in  The task has been completed and is pending acceptance, either by the department head, another resource or the Project manager.
 Pending QA  The task has been completed by the resource, and the project requires additional testing during this phase. This status will indicate that it is pending the testing.
 Pending Sync  This status indicates that the task has been completed, however requires an additional step to apply the change to the live site prior to closing the task.
 Pending Review  This status indicates, that there is some questions, or suggestions provided in regards to this task. Generally this requires additional information or confirmation in order to proceed.
 Completed  The task has been completed and no longer needs ot be opened.
 On Hold

 The task needs to wait prior to begining, this may be due to insufficient information, materials, or details being finalized.

 Cancelled  The task has been cancelled, and does not need to be worked on.
