Goal

The goal is to create a graphic design that fits the profile of your organization. By the end of the phase we should have an approved homepage design and interior page design.

Vision Deliverables

1) Initial homepage design concept
2) Up to 3 revisions of homepage design concept
3) Final homepage design concept & signoff document
4) Interior page design concepts: Basic (2 column), Department Landing Page (3 column), Calendar (1 column)
5) If necessary, revisions of interior page design concepts
6) Final interior page design concepts & signoff document

Client Deliverables

1) Feedback on homepage design concept
2) Decision-maker sign-off on homepage design
3) Feedback on interior page design concepts
4) Decision-maker sign-off on interior page design

Keys for Success

1) Be aware of deadlines and always communicate with your PM in a timely fashion; there may be a number of iterations in this phase and timely communication is critical to avoid bottlenecks.
2) Identify key stakeholders and keep the group of decision makers as small as possible to minimize the duration of the graphic design phase. This will influence the project timeline.
3) Before signing off, make sure there are no further changes necessary on the homepage/interior page designs since any additional changes will not be made until the Soft Launch Phase and may incur additional charges via a contract Addendum.
