KEYS FOR SUCCESS

1) Be prepared to work closely with your departments to follow up on  training and be available to answer questions on CMS use as needed
2) It is best to have training and then be immediately dedicated to preparing your site to launch – set a deadline for people to have completed their updates before the end of the training meeting
3) Utilize the CMS Help team whenever there’s a question regarding how to use the website’s features and components
4) Make sure to thoroughly review the website and content during the three week user acceptance testing period and report findings to the Vision PM in order to have them included in the Punchlist.
