To obtain remote access, you'll need to install the WatchGuard software as well as have IT create a user account for you.

1. Download and install the latest version of WatchGuard Firebox here: https://watchguardsupport.secure.force.com/software/SoftwareDownloads?current=true&familyId=a2RF00000009dnQMAQ
2. Contact an IT staff member regarding setting up a new user for Remote Access. The naming convention should be [your first name].[your last name]. You'll set up the password with the IT staff member.
3. Launch the WatchGuard Firebox program.
4. When prompted for the server enter this address: 38.140.63.218:4443
5. Enter your username.
6. Enter your password.
7. The login prompt should look like this:
   
8. Click "Connect"
9. In the case that you encounter issues with connection, contact an IT staff member.
