Structure

The main Folders the admin is responsible for creating

The Folder structure under the main folder, the Project manager is responsible for, as well as any client folders, and sub folders.

The Department head is responsible for their folder, and sub folders. This would include folders needed to be created to organize the materials appropriately.

Permissions

The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the client and the department heads are able to access the necessary materials. The department heads will be responsible to ensure that the team members are able to have access to the latest files. this will also include the structure is organized and maintained.

Materials

It is the resources responsibility to confirm that the materials are satisfactory and sufficient to utilize to complete the task.
