Assign yourself and the BE/FE/QA resources to the Prepare Programming Specifications task
Include necessary materials, including:
Project profile
InVision URL with description of functionality
Approved comps in the For Programmer folder on the Z:drive
Whether or not the developer should create the content groups
BE/FE/QA resources will verify that the materials in #2 are sufficient and schedule their corresponding phases. Once scheduled, the Project Manager should be notified with a @mention.
Create an additional task with the following naming convention: (Client Name) - Programming ETA
Set the date to whenever QA is scheduled to be completed and set this date as a Wrikemilestone
Set the initial status to Production Milestone > For Scheduling/Re-scheduling
Within the content area of this task, copy and paste the 5 permalinks from 1. Prepare Programming Specifications, 2. Frontend development, 3. Backend development, 4. Internal QA, and 5. Quality assurance test. These are needed here as well for reporting purposes.
