Task: Sending NPS Survey

All NPS Survey tasks for design and launch should have 2 subtasks for Project Manager follow-up and Manager follow-up. Make sure that all projects are setup this way with the proper task structure on Wrike before following steps 1-4 listed below.

Proper task structure:

Make sure the custom field is also selected:

Once the tasks are setup properly and the custom field is selected, please follow the steps below:

  1. BCC permalink on parent task when sending the NPS survey email to clientwrike-task-nps-survey-design-01
  2. Set the task status to In Progress
  3. After 5 days with no client response, Project Manager follows up on original email, BCC'ing the parent task again to maintain communication record
  4. If no response after 10 days, assign the last subtask to David who will call or email the client
  5. If no response, Create a task for Jung to call the client and provide the contact name and contact phone number in the description 5 days after David follow up
