Wrike Status

Within Wrike, there are various status's which come default with the system. The project manager will be in charge of keep this status up to date, with the accurate status for each project. Below is an explanation for each status. 

Green -

This means that the project is healthy, this would include:

  • The client is currently expected to be a promoter.
  • The project is on a satisfactory schedule.
  • The project is within the scope.

 

Red - 

This means that the project is unhealthy, this would include:

  • The client is expected of a Detractor.
  • The project is significantly behind schedule
  • The Project has exceeded the contracted scope, without an addendum (In Excess of $2,000).

 

Yellow -

This means that the project is at risk, this would include:

  • The Client could potentially become a detractor, but is currently expected to be neutral.
  • The project is behind schedule, however the client is accepting of the updated timeline.
  • The project has exceeded the scope, however not significantly (Under $2,000).

Completed - 

This means that the project has been completed fully, all contracted work has been completed. There is no further action required from the project manager to finalize the project.

On hold -

The client is unable, or would not like to proceed with the project for the time being. Situations for this would be:

  • the client's project manager has left, and they do not have someone to lead the project.
  • Contracting issues, there needs to be additional discussion with the legal department, and would not like to proceed until contractually everything has been resolved.

Cancelled -

  • There has been a contracting issue, or something drastic has occurred, where the client will not continue the project.
  • Potentially the project has been abandoned, and will not resume in the future.
