Production - Milestone Workflow

When to use Milestone workflow?

Use this workflow only for quickly tracking an integration project status in Production/Development Phase specifically the "Programming ETA" milestone task.

FOR SCHEDULING		This will be the initial status when a task is created. The project is in this status when the PM has submitted the project to the production supervisors (FE, BE, QA) or the production supervisors are currently scheduling this project or assigning to a specific resource.
FOR SLICING		The project is in this status when it is scheduled/assigned to a FE resource for slicing.
SLICING IN PROGRESS		The project is in this status when the assigned FE resource has started slicing.
FOR INTEGRATION		The project is in this status when the assigned FE resource has finished slicing or it is scheduled/assigned to a BE resource for integration.
INTEGRATION IN PROGRESS		The project is in this status when the assigned BE resource has started integration.
FOR INTERNAL QA		The project is in this status when the assigned BE resource has finished integration or it is scheduled/assigned to a FE resource for internal QA.
INTERNAL QA IN PROGRESS		The project is in this status when the assigned FE resource has started internal QA.
FOR QA		The project is in this status when the assigned FE resource (and sometimes with the help of BE resource) has finished the internal QA or it is scheduled/assigned to a QA resource for the QA.
QA IN PROGRESS		The project is in this status when the assigned QA resource has started QA.
COMPLETED		The project is in this status when the assigned QA resource (with the help of FE/BE resources) has finished QA'ing the site.
On Hold		The project is on hold.
Cancelled		The project is/was cancelled.
